One flat price. Everything included.
A review covers one trust-account engagement end to end. No seats, no modules, no rule-pack upcharges. The price you see is the whole engagement.
Billed once, when you start the review. Inviting your accountant or your attorney client into the engagement costs nothing extra.
1 review = 1 trust account. The review locks to the trust account whose books you upload. A different trust account is a new review.

Every review includes
- Month-by-month three-way reconciliation. Bank, trust book, and client ledgers verified for every month in the engagement period: deterministic, reproducible, complete.
- SHA-256 evidence intake. Every QuickBooks export and bank statement is hashed on upload, so each figure in the review traces to verifiable source evidence.
- Rule-cited findings with severity & confidence lanes. Negative client balances, checks to cash, stale balances, and commingling signals, each naming the rule it tests.
- Append-only decision log. Reviewer decisions with required written rationale, recorded in a log that only grows: never edited, never rewritten.
- Attorney question packets & secure response portal. Open items become structured questions the attorney answers in one secure place, preserved as part of the record.
- Cryptographically hashed audit package. A finished export whose integrity anyone, including a regulator, can verify independently.
- New Jersey rule pack with cited authorities. The full NJ trust-accounting rule pack is included; no add-ons or rule-pack upcharges.
What a review covers, what it costs, and what happens to your data
What counts as one review?
One review covers a single trust account, examined end to end for the engagement period: reconciliation, findings, decisions, question packets, and the hashed export. A different trust account is a new review.
Which states does the rule pack cover?
New Jersey is available today, with authorities cited on every rule. The engine itself is data-driven per state (the rules are configuration, not code), and additional states are rolling out. If you need a state that isn't live yet, write to us; that demand directly shapes the rollout order.
Is there a subscription or per-seat license?
No. Pricing is flat per review. You pay for the review you run, and inviting your accountant (or your attorney client) into the engagement doesn't cost extra.
Can I get a refund?
Fees are refundable until analysis of your evidence begins. Once analysis of your evidence has begun, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. This is the same position stated in the Terms of Service under Fees and payment.
What do I need to get started?
The files you already have: QuickBooks trust-account exports and the bank statements for the engagement period. Upload them and the engine takes it from there: no bookkeeping migration, no new system of record.
What happens to my data?
Evidence files are hashed at intake and used to run your review. Decision logs are append-only and exports are hash-sealed, so the record can't be quietly altered by anyone. See the Security page for the full integrity story.
